Every part of your adventure can be customized especially for your group, to the smallest detail. The process is collaborative and takes into consideration your travel dreams- both general and specific, your ideal length and season of travel, the members of your group, and budget. We then work with you to design an itinerary and promote your tour. We accompany you in the travel preparation, and on the actual tour.

From your initial request we will create a suggested itinerary which we believe fits your needs. Once confirmed, we will work to make the entire tour unique and special. As the tour is developing, you may prefer a different mode of transportation for a particular leg of the journey, or want to visit a lesser known attraction en route to your destination. We will work with you to make every itinerary request a reality. Your travel route will make the most of the time available and you will never have a day split by scattered bookings, or wasted with backtracking; the tour will flow smoothly from one attraction to the next. We take great pleasure in working on each of the details, making your tour a seamless and fulfilling experience.

Who can become a Group Leader?

Anyone can become a group leader! If you have a group of travelers in your network and you want to take the initiative to create a tour, we are here to help you and will customize your tour to fit your group. Most Group Leaders are:

Teachers at High School
Teachers at a college or university
Traveler with a network of friends and/or families
Community leader for organizations and networks
Corporate with a team of travelers for development – team building

How many travelers are needed to form a group?

Most of our tours are designed for groups of minimum 25 paying travelers, but we also do some tours with smaller groups. If you have a smaller group of minimum 10-15 people, we are able to create something that is cost efficient if using high speed trains or cruises between destinations. Also, for a “city stay” we are able to create well priced group tours. When groups are small, you want to avoid long tours that are dependent on private tour bus as this will increase the cost of the travelers.
